I’m truly grateful for my role as a Recruitment Manager, where I have the opportunity to help people find meaningful employment. I am grateful to be in such an incredible place of growth in my life both personally and professionally. I continue to grow and learn more about myself every single day. I’m grateful for a 2025 full of growth. My family grew by two granddaughters and a daughter-in-law. Happy Thanksgiving to a growing iJility family as well.

I‘m grateful for our Directors of Operation that work tirelessly behind the scenes to train and support the iJility Leadership teams at our client sites. I am grateful for my family and the support they always provide me! God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, kids and a few dogs. I have also been blessed with an incredible work family that challenges me to be better daily!

I am deeply grateful that my siblings and I were able to come together for the first time in 10 years. Reconnecting, sharing memories, and laughing together again filled my heart in ways I didn’t realize I’d missed. I’m also thankful for the precious time I spent in September with my Swiss granddaughter after 15 months apart — those three days together were truly a gift. They reminded me how meaningful family connections are, no matter the distance or time between visits.

I am thankful for this team, the loyalty they continue to show, and for being part of a company that keeps growing in the right way. It’s rare to find a group that not only delivers results but does it with commitment and pride in what we’re building together.
